The Carbage Run is the ultimate 5-day rally through Europe in a car with a maximum value of 1000 euros. It stands as the largest and craziest street rally in Europe. For the winter edition, we embarked on a journey with 400 rust buckets deep into Scandinavia, covering a 3000 km route through Sweden and Norway. Our vision was to capture the raw energy and excitement of participating in this rally, showcasing the spectacle and extremes. We aimed to evoke sensations, whether it be the chill of the cold, the cacophony of 400 cars with blaring sirens and sound loops, or the sight of flashing lights amidst the dark snowy forest.
We tracked the run with our specially equipped crew car. Being constantly on the move required a rethinking of our production methods. We needed to pack lightly and ensure our equipment and car could handle the extreme conditions without hindrance.
The run spanned 5 days, and after each day, we crafted a daily edit, akin to a short aftermovie capturing the highlights of that day. Following the event, we compiled an aftermovie showcasing the entirety of the thrilling experience.
